Anna Fredriksson.
I went to H&M today and fell in love with a graphic tee! It is apart of collaboration called "ART BY:" that supports up -n- coming creative talents! Of coarse I love to show support when I can but how could I NOT get this...
I tottered between Graphic Design and Illustration - I am super happy with the decision that I made BUT I will always hold illustration near and dear to my heart!!!
Here are a couple of my pieces that I did not too long ago...
An Addition to my Family.
So being the obsessed lomographer that I have become over the past couple months, I decided it was time to bump things up a knotch. My world has changed... drumroll.... I now own a bright red Holga 120CFN. It is almost completely made of plastic, has a built in flash with variable colour gels, and two shutter speeds. Not bad for plastic. What I like most is that it has two image modes. My favorite is the 6x6 because... 1. I love the larger size and 2. when do you ever see a square photograph - they are always the typical 4x6 rectangle! I think there is something about a square image that makes it unique and interesting, unconventional and attractive... I could ooo and gooo for hours so i'll stop while I am ahead!

These are some shots from other Holga Lovers :) I am still on my first roll so hopefully I will have some as equally as superb as these....

You need Lomo in your Life you HOMO.
So... Lomography! What is it you ask? Well... it is the most interactiv, vivid, blurred and crazy face of photography worldwide. PICTURES: That is what Lomography is all about. Nothing compares to the feeling of visually diving into a pool of shining, new, sweet-smelling lomographs. My pictures, your pictures, pictures of the world, pictures of fleeting moments, secret passions, boring brou-ha, left toes, blurred nothings. Simply everything. Lomography collects, treasures and presents all of this.

Being the avid picture lover that I am, this website opened up another world for me, a new hobby! I now have two lomo cameras and am planning on purchasing the Diana+ It takes 120 film, which have never worked with before, but I think it will help me to be a bit more bold when it comes to working with new mediums.
I am a member so you can see the images that I have posted (the ones that actually turned out and I like... It's a crazy cool website - have fun!)

One Dutchtub please?!
Pinch me, I have found my new dream gadget! This wood-burning hot tub that looks like the bottom half of a pig is spectacular! It was designed by the Dutch, produced in Holland, and it's philosophy is to promote a new bathing culture - "Boundless Bathing" It's light weight-all you need is water, wood, matches, food if you want to cook over your fire, a cheeky place to set up and friends :)
I WILL HAVE ONE some day, a turquoise one! Just you wait and see....

Green Bike Box.
Somebody give Portland a big fat hug for introducing these crazy bright green bike boxes. I love this. I needed these today when I was on my way to the beach. I rode from my house to Playland in Rye, NY and serisouly almost died. It was absolutely beautiful and warm today so I thought a bike ride, the beach, and some journaling would be perfect.
My Dream Destination
My two good friends, Sarah and Kashion, are in the Czech Republic this semester and have been going on tons of little weekend trips. The recently went to Italy and discovered an amazing town on the coast. It is called Cinque Terra and I have fallen in love with it. LOOK and be AMAZED :)
